Project Overview
The villa’s roof had developed surface cracks and was highly exposed to both sunlight and rainfall, creating a significant waterproofing challenge. A comprehensive waterproofing system was implemented using DEUXAN 2C with MAXIMAT Reinforcement, providing seamless protection across the entire 500 m² roof surface.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed within 7 working days, delivering 100% waterproofing protection. The system extended the roof’s service life by more than 20 years, ensuring long-term structural integrity and durability.
