Project Overview
Al Saaha Lebanese Hotel is considered a heritage landmark in the heart of Khartoum 2 and is one of the city’s premium hotels. It features traditional Sudanese-inspired finishes combined with five-star hospitality services.
To protect these high-end finishes and ensure a safe indoor environment, an effective roof waterproofing system was required.
Two layers of mineral-finished bituminous membrane were installed on the roof, chosen for their excellent durability and resistance to direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.
