Project Overview
Al Nil Commercial Tower is a prominent office and commercial tower located in the heart of Khartoum, an area known for its high water-table levels. This presented a significant challenge for the basement structure, particularly in ensuring long-term protection against water infiltration.
To address this, a positive-side waterproofing system was applied to the below-ground levels. The solution included the installation of a double layer of bituminous membrane, followed by a protection layer, ensuring robust and durable waterproofing performance.

- Basement levels for car parking
- Ground floor
- Double-storey mezzanine
